Endri bida has been into banking since 2012 starting with small dollar amounts into 3-4 million a year and growing with Bank of America Merril Lynch into a 490 million in small business and residential loans plus adding capital to the consumer arm of the bank. While being a first generation immigrant in the US he has helped with in the community where he resides in NJ and NY where extended family resides. Endri has been volunteering with the kids PTA and working with other parents into setting up other multi million dollar expansion in the US. Between working at the bank and being a parent with volunteering his time with other parent’s business as well as the kids at elementary school Endri has turned this experience into a business while building hundreds of hours in training successful people.
